Tier 1 is ideal for travelers who have clarity about their travel choices and simply want a trusted travel advisor to handle booking, confirmations, and supplier communication.
Includes:
- Booking assistance for the requested cruise, hotel, or vacation package.
- Periodic email reminders and helpful travel tips
- Agency links to purchase travel protection, tours, and enhanced experiences
- Agency amenities, extra resort/cruise credit when applicable
- Support for components booked through Outta Here Travels
Does Not Include:
- Destination or lodging recommendations
- Comparing multiple destinations or travel styles
- Curated itineraries and guides
Best for:
- Repeat or Legacy Clients who know the cruise line, resort, or destination they want, plus a solid date range.
- Travelers who know the exact resort, room category, and travel dates they want.
- Ocean and River Cruise Travel (pre/post stays may be an additional charge)
- Straightforward trips that do not require research or recommendations.
If you are unsure what you want or would like recommendations, your trip will fall under a planning-fee tier.
*Legacy clients are repeat clients who have completed travel with Outta Here Travels in the past three years before 2026.
Tier 2: Enhanced - $100 non-refundable
This tier is ideal for new clients and non-legacy clients who want expert guidance, curated recommendations, and organized documentation.
Planning at this level is structured to provide clarity and support rather than endless options and mental overload.
Includes:
- Planning for one destination or a clearly defined region
- Up to three curated options aligned with your preferences and budget
- One professionally organized proposal
- One round of revisions
- A defined planning window to keep the process moving forward
- Reservation coordination and organized confirmations once you're ready to proceed.
- Periodic email reminders and helpful travel tips
- Agency links to purchase travel protection, tours, and enhanced experiences
- Agency amenities, extra resort/cruise credit when applicable
- Support for components booked through Outta Here Travels
What's Not Included:
- Multiple destinations or side-by-side destination comparisons
- Unlimited revisions or repeated changes in direction of destination (ex: planning Mexico and switching to Scotland)
- Complex or highly customized multi-destination international interaries (ex: several regions in Europe by land, cruise itineraries do not apply)
Best For:
- New clients who want help deciding where to go or where to stay
- Returning clients who would like more than three options in one destination. (Three options in two destinations/defined areas)
- Busy adults and couples who want clear options without overwhelm
- Single-destination trips within Michelle's primary planning regions
- Escorted group tours
Planning fees at this level are non-refundable, as they reserve dedicated time on Michelle’s calendar and cover research, curation, and professional guidance.
If you would like a higher level of customization, you’ll be advised of additional service options before moving forward.
Tier 3: Custom & Complex Itinerary Planning

This tier is reserved for trips that require deeper research, multiple moving parts, or advanced coordination.
Best For:
- Multi-City or Multi-Stop Itineraries
- Custom trips with select destinations Michelle specializes in, including: The United States, Mexico, Canada, The Caribbean, South Pacific destinations, and select European countries such as France, Greece, England, Scotland, and Ireland
Includes:
- Deep-dive consultation to map out your priorities, pace, and budget
- Advanced itinerary design and routing
- Coordination across multiple locations or suppliers
- Customized recommendations based on travel goals and logistics
- Ongoing consultation throughout the planning process
- One round of revisions
- Periodic email reminders and helpful travel tips
- Agency links to purchase travel protection, tours, and enhanced experiences
- Agency amenities, extra resort/cruise credit when applicable
- Support for components booked through Outta Here Travels
Not Included:
- Destinations outside Michelle's active specialty regions
- Unlimited revisions or repeated changes in direction

Tier 4: Group Travel Planning
By Application | Non-Refundable Planning Fee
Group trips require additional coordination, communication, and structure. This planning level is designed for groups who want a smooth experience without managing logistics themselves.
Best For:
- When five or more rooms are needed
- Social and friend groups
- Family reunions
- Company retreats
- Class trips
- Small destination weddings
Includes:
- Coordination of room or cabin categories within the selected resort or cruise
- Contract or group code negotiation with the supplier
- Group webpage with information about the trip, rooming options, what is and isn't included, and an FAQ section
- A central point of contact and clear group deadlines
- Group communication and payment timelines
- Support related to group arrangements booked through Outta Here Travels
Not Included:
- Large destination weddings (Over 16 rooms)
- On-site coordination or 'day of' event management by Michelle (unless otherwise noted in the group agreement)
- Managing RSVPs
- Managing any guests who may book outside of the group
Pricing and scope are discussed before planning begins. Group planning fees are based on group size, number of rooms or cabins, and overall complexity.
Add-On VIP Concierge Service
$197 per trip | Available after booking
The VIP Concierge Service is designed for travelers who want a more personalized, hands-on experience after their trip has been planned and booked.
Think of this like upgrading from a standard hotel room to a club-level or concierge-level room, or from a basic cruise cabin to a club or yacht-club experience. Your core trip stays the same, but the service, support, and personalization are elevated.
Includes:
- Priority communication during pre-departure and travel
- Pre-travel walk-through call (optional)
- In-depth personalized online itinerary and printed travel documents
- Flight monitoring and proactive notifications
- Assistance with dining reservations when available
- Curated destination or resort guides
- Text support while traveling
Does Not Include:
- Destination selection or planning
- Changes to itinerary direction
- Additional proposals or revisions
Best For:
- Celebration trips such as anniversaries, birthdays, graduations, or milestone travel
- Busy adults and couples who want added support without managing details themselves
- Travelers who value peace or mind, proactive communication, and personalized touches
- Clients who want help enhancing their trip once the big decisions are already made

VIP Concierge Annual Membership
By Invitation.
Designed for clients who travel multiple times per year and want club-level support across several trips.
A great option for travelers who value personalized attention, expert guidance, and peace of mind while keeping their travel planning simple and stress-free.
What the Membership Includes
- VIP Concierge Service on up to three bokked trips per year
- Priority response during active travel
- Personalized destination or port guides
- Flight monitoring even when flights are booked directly with the airlines
- A January 'Travel Vision' call

Planning fees still apply when planning is required. Membership benefits begin after trips are booked.
