Ready to start planning your next great adventure or relaxing escape but new to working with a Travel Consultant or Outta Here Travels? Here’s a simple onboarding process I’ve developed to ensure we’re a great fit and that you’re always informed about the next steps in the process.
First......
Please complete the Trip Request Form. This will provide me with basic information about what you are looking for and help me prepare for the next step.
Then.....
Schedule a Consultation. We can speak by phone, in person (if local to the Pampa, Texas area), or by video. If we cannot find a time that works for all of us, we can continue by email if needed. During this time, if any planning fee or Plan-To-Go Deposit is required, it will be discussed and explained.
You're Ready To Hire Me!!
Once you are ready to move forward and begin planning, I will collect any planning fees or deposits that may be due, and this will secure your trip on my work calendar.

Once we’ve decided to embark on this journey together, we’ll begin crafting your itinerary based on our conversations. I’ll recommend accommodations, flights, and experiences that perfectly align with your travel dreams. Collaborating with trusted industry partners, I’ll design a personalized itinerary tailored just for you.
This is your trip so your feedback is invaluable to me. I’m here to answer any questions and make adjustments along the way, ensuring every detail reflects your vision.
From Dream To Reality.....
Once your itinerary is perfectly crafted, I’ll confirm every detail with my trusted travel partners. We’ll go over the finer points, including payment terms and conditions, so we can confidently move forward with booking your trip. From this stage until your departure, I’ll stay in regular contact to answer any questions, provide touch points and reminders along the way, and ensure everything flows seamlessly, including processing all payments.

Meet Michelle Osborn, Owner & Travel Consultant
Travel has always been close to my heart. About 25 years ago, I took my first step toward becoming a travel designer by enrolling in a Travel Agent course, but life had other plans. After more than a decade as a USPS mail carrier, earning my Bachelor of Applied Arts & Science in Finance, and raising my son and three wonderful bonus children, my passion for travel kept calling me back.
With the support of my husband, Steve, and our children, I finally embraced that passion in July 2014 by founding Outta Here Travels and beginning my career as a travel designer. Since then, I’ve had the privilege of working with incredible clients and industry professionals, many of whom have become treasured friends. I’ve helped plan everything from weddings and honeymoons to family reunions, bucket-list adventures, and even surprise trips.
I’m grateful for my amazing clients who have trusted me throughout the years, sharing my name with their friends and family. While my roots are in Pampa, Texas, my client base has grown to include travelers from all over the U.S. My commitment to each of them is simple: you are not just a booking number, you’re an individual with unique travel dreams, and I’m here to bring those dreams to life with personalized service every step of the way.
