We are so excited to have all of you celebrate with us on our big day!
Caleb and I met on my senior homecoming night and have been inseparable since! I’m so thankful I met him and so happy to start our life together.

The night I met Madyson, I was so scared to ask for her number. When I finally got it, we talked on the phone for hours! She was a tough cookie to crack considering she kept telling me no every time I would ask her out… then she finally said yes! I love her with all of my heart and I’m so excited to see what our future holds.

Why should I book into the group?
Caleb and Madyson have created a group code through Outta Here Travels for rooms at Hard Rock Riviera Maya. This code will link their friends and family to the Wedding Ceremony and all of the events that may be associated with it.
When you book within this group, you may receive an additional supplier discount (minimum of 5 rooms needed) that is based on the cost of the reservation.
Resort extras can be earned by Caleb & Madyson (minimum of 10 rooms for a minimum of 3 nights each) which may include:
1 complimentary room night for every 10 room nights paid (11th room night free; max of 14)
Private Functions: 10-19 rooms for a minimum of 3 nights each or 30-59 total room nights = 1 private event for 2 hours
This code is only available through Outta Here Travels as Caleb and Madyson have entrusted travel arrangements with this agency. I respect any client/travel agent relationship, but when working with a Destination Wedding group, the bride and groom can only earn extras when the reservation is made through the travel agent of record on the group. If you would like more information, please feel free to reach out to me, and I'll be more than happy to discuss this in more detail.
Guests that book outside of the Group program will be charged $25 per person per event to attend.
