Welcome to Mystery Trips by Outta Here Travels! These Terms & Conditions outline the rules and expectations for participating in our surprise travel service. By purchasing a Mystery Trip, you acknowledge and agree to these terms. If you have any questions, please reach out before submitting payment.

Outta Here Travels is a boutique travel agency based in Texas that offers curated, surprise-style travel experiences. When you book a Mystery Trip, you’re choosing to let us take the reins on your destination and itinerary, based on your preferences, travel dates, and budget.

All trips are custom-planned. We use trusted third-party suppliers to book travel and accommodations and operate under the policies of our host agency. Your payment authorizes us to design and book your trip accordingly.

Currently, Mystery Trips are available to:

• Adults age 21 and over
• U.S. residents
• Travelers open to domestic, long weekend travel (2–4 days)

This service is not suitable for minors, international travelers, or those requiring guaranteed accessibility accommodations unless pre-approved in writing.

• No travel will be booked until the total trip cost is paid in full.
• You may pay upfront or via a short-term (60- or 90-day) installment plan.
• All payments are refundable (minus a $50 per person cancellation fee) until the full trip amount is paid.
• Once full payment is received and planning begins, all payments become non-refundable.
• Trip costs vary seasonally and are not guaranteed until travel is confirmed.

All payments are collected via Travel Joy and processed through our host agency in accordance with industry regulations.

Depending on your budget and travel preferences, your Mystery Trip may include:

• Roundtrip transportation (airfare, train, or self-drive directions)
• 2–4 nights of accommodations
• Destination-specific tips, packing advice, and curated suggestions
• Surprise reveal packet (via email and/or mail) 3–5 days before departure

We do our best to include added value—like restaurant recommendations, gift cards, or attraction tickets—if budget allows. However, activities are not guaranteed.

• If you cancel before the trip is paid in full: your payment will be refunded, less $50/person.
• Once the trip is fully paid and bookings are made, all sales are final.
• You agree to receive a surprise destination. Refunds will not be issued for dissatisfaction with location, style, or itinerary.
• Travel insurance is strongly recommended and may be required.

If unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, airline delays, natural disasters) affect your trip, we will do our best to support you—but Outta Here Travels is not liable for disruptions beyond our control.

By booking a Mystery Trip, you agree to:

• Provide accurate traveler information, including full legal names, dates of birth, and contact info
• Disclose any relevant medical conditions, allergies, or accessibility needs
• Follow all packing guidance, check-in instructions, and destination-specific recommendations
• Be respectful and courteous to all travel providers, hotel staff, and service personnel

Outta Here Travels reserves the right to refuse service or terminate a booking if a client behaves in a way that is abusive, threatening, or inappropriate. No refunds will be issued in such cases.

Outta Here Travels acts as an independent travel agency and does not own or operate airlines, hotels, tour companies, or other service providers. We cannot guarantee or be held responsible for:

• Delays or cancellations caused by airlines, weather, or transportation strikes
• Changes in availability or pricing from third-party vendors
• Conditions at hotels, airports, or tour venues beyond our control

We carefully select our suppliers but are not liable for their acts or omissions. You agree to release Outta Here Travels from any claims arising from supplier actions.

By sharing photos, videos, testimonials, or trip stories with Outta Here Travels, you grant permission to use this content for promotional or marketing purposes—including email newsletters, social media, blog features, and advertisements.

If your content includes other individuals, you confirm you have their consent. If minors appear in shared content, you must obtain express permission from their parent or legal guardian.

Outta Here Travels reserves the right to modify, edit, or remove content at any time.

Discounts, promo codes, or special offers may be available for limited times. Unless otherwise stated:

• Only one discount may be applied per booking
• Offers are not retroactive or valid on previously paid invoices
• Discounts apply to the overall trip total, not per traveler
• We reserve the right to modify or end promotions at any time

From time to time, Outta Here Travels may recommend or link to products or services through affiliate relationships. If you purchase through one of these links, we may receive a small commission. We only recommend products we personally use, love, or trust.

Outta Here Travels will provide your Mystery Trip documents and destination reveal in both digital and physical formats. You will receive:

• A digital trip packet via email approximately 3–5 days before departure
• A printed envelope with trip materials mailed via USPS (if opted in)

Please ensure your mailing address is accurate and up to date. We are not responsible for delays or lost documents caused by third-party mail carriers. If your mailed packet does not arrive in time, we will provide all information via email.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes or claims arising out of or relating to your Mystery Trip must first be attempted to be resolved informally by contacting Outta Here Travels.

In the event a resolution cannot be reached informally, both parties agree to binding arbitration under Texas law, conducted in the state of Texas. You agree to waive any right to participate in class-action lawsuits or jury trials against Outta Here Travels.

• Modifications: We may revise these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website with a revised "Effective Date."
• Severability: If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force.
• Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the client and Outta Here Travels regarding Mystery Trip services.
