What does "all-inclusive" mean?

All-inclusive means your room, meals, drinks (including alcohol), and many activities are included in the price. Some resorts may also include entertainment, non-motorized water sports, and airport transfers.

What is an Adult-only section?

Coral Level is a resort within a resort. It is located within Iberostar Selection Cancun, which is a family resort. While we will have access to both sections of the resort, those staying in the family section will not have access to Coral Level amenities.

How long do I have to reserve my room in this group?

You have until September 1, 2025 to make your reservation into this group.

PLEASE NOTE: NO ROOM SPACE IS BEING HELD. This means rooms and pricing are based on availability, and no special rate or room block is being held.
The sooner you reserve your room, the better chance you have at getting the room category you want and a better price.

How many nights can I stay?

You can stay 3-7 nights as part of the group but must arrive at the resort no later than October 10, 2025. The main dates for this trip are Oct 10-13, 2025, but you are free to extend your stay if you would like to do so.

Can I make payments on this trip?

The initial deposit will be based on the number of people on the reservation and if flights are included with the room(s). You will be able to make payments if needed, but the total amount will be due 60 days before your day of departure. Deposits for room-only start as low as $50 per person.

Are flights included when reserving the room?

Flights can be packaged with a room or you can book flights directly with your airline of choice, which can allow you to use any airline or credit card miles you may have. If booking your own flights, you can fly into either Cancun or Tulum. Cancun will have many more options and pricing is generally lower.

How do I get to the resort?

Private and shared airport transfers will be available for purchase. I work with a couple of amazing local providers who provide my guests with amazing service. Should you opt to arrange transfers on your own, please note I may not be able to assist if there are any issues and cannot vouch for the service you may receive.

What about travel protection?

When you make your reservation with Outta Here Travels, you will be asked if you would like to (1) purchase a policy with OHT, (2) purchase a policy on your own, or (3) decline travel protection. If you decline travel protection, you accept the financial risk and understand should you cancel, you may not receive any of your money paid back. You also understand you are responsible for any medical expenses or other costs (such as delays or canceled flights) incurred during your trip.

Please note that legal matters such as back child support owed, past DWI/DUI/ felony convictions, and other legal matters may prevent you from being granted access into Mexico. Please contact your attorney for more information if you have questions regarding this.

What if I have to cancel?

We hope you don't have to cancel, but sometimes life throws a curveball.
If you have purchased travel protection with the supplier, the cost of the travel protection is not refundable. Depending on the policy purchased you may receive up to 100% refund or travel credit towards a future trip (within a certain timeframe).
If you have purchased travel protection on your own or a 3rd party policy, please refer to your policy.
If you have not purchased travel protection, no refund or travel credit will be issued by the supplier.
